I also asked the person checking us in how we did this and she told me upon check out. When I checked in I noted on my reservation that I would be paying the balance with Hyatt gift cards.
Now on to check out.oh what an experience. Found the best food at 520 Cafe located on the casino level where we had our best meal of a great grilled cheese and sausage and peppers. The food.ate at Harpers and the food was over priced and truly not so great. The shower nice and big! It was clean and we had an incredible view. The room was nice and truly have no complaints about it. The builder was going for extreme and he/she accomplished it.
I would rather have it large than where someone is breathing down my neck. Yes the lobby is big and wasted space and I have read all the complaints about it.but truly who cares how big a lobby is. The lobby was impressive but at check in I had to keep saying 'what' due to the DJ in the lobby being so loud. The hotel is big and a little confusing but that's ok because wandering around is how you get to know a place. So parking was easy and check in had a couple of glitches but the staff was helpful. First let me say I truly was worried about staying here based on the reviews.
